Foreign tourists can get the information they need, and help in situations requiring specialist advice, at the following times: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm from 1st June to 30th September and 8:00 am – 6:00 pm during the rest of the year.
The contact centre workers are fluent in Polish, English, German and Russian.

“The safety phone” is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, the National Police Headquarters, the Office for Foreigners and the Polish Tourist Organization. The initiative has run since 2002.
The main goal of ‘the safety phone’ is to provide help for tourists in emergencies and difficult situations.
