The second biggest parish in Bochnia, founded on May 25th 1984, is located in the west part of the city. In 2004 the church was consecrated by Wiktor Skworc, the bishop of Tarnow, and a year later Rieger’s organs were built in the church. The instrument has 32 voices, three manuals plus mechanical tracture of play and electric tracture register and it is the only one music instrument of this class within 30 km from Bochnia. The parish is issuing a monthly magazine. “Głos Parafii” and uses the cemeteries on Oracka Street and in Łychów. An old non active cemetery (Saint Rosalie’s) is situated on its territory. It has a number of graves dated 1914-18 (I World War).
